Identify the event before chasing a refund
Was this an official purchase, a promised trade, a phishing login page or a request to share a security code? Record dates and relevant account details privately. Do not turn the report into a public accusation with your child’s personal information attached.
Roblox asks compromised-account owners seeking lost-inventory help to contact Support within 30 days of compromise. Restoration is not guaranteed. Deals outside Roblox’s official systems cannot be enforced or recovered through that process; report those players with Report Abuse.
Secure the account through a trusted route
