Agreement

FamilyAtlas is built and operated by Hiver Farm L.L.C. ("we", "us"). By creating a household account or using a device linked to one, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use FamilyAtlas.

What FamilyAtlas is

FamilyAtlas is a parental-control app. A parent or legal guardian (the household's admin) creates profiles for their children, links each child's device, and sets rules for content, screen time, location sharing and safety alerts. A child's device applies the rules its profile has been given.

There is one app with two roles. A parent signs in with their own account. A child’s device holds no account of its own — only a device-session credential the parent issued when linking it — and can never reach a parent-administrative screen.

Who can hold an account

A household admin account must be created and controlled by an adult who is the parent or legal guardian of the children being supervised. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials to yourself.

Acceptable use

Use FamilyAtlas only to supervise your own child, as their parent or legal guardian. Do not use it to monitor an adult, a child who is not in your legal care, or anyone without the authority to do so.

Do not try to circumvent, disable, or reverse-engineer the protections FamilyAtlas applies, or use the service in a way that interferes with its operation for other families.

What FamilyAtlas does not promise

FamilyAtlas is a tool, not a guarantee. Content filtering, location sharing and safety alerts depend on device permissions, network conditions and the operating system’s own limits, and none of them can catch everything. FamilyAtlas is provided "as is", without a warranty that it will detect every risk or that a feature will be available without interruption.

Removing a device from Screen Time supervision, turning off a permission, or a phone going offline can all reduce what FamilyAtlas can see or enforce; the app tells you when that happens, but it cannot undo it remotely.

Your data

What we collect and how we use it is described in the Privacy Policy, available in the FamilyAtlas app under Settings. In short: nothing is sold, there is no advertising in the app, and a household can export or delete its own data at any time from Settings → Privacy & Data.

Launch availability and planned pricing

FamilyAtlas is not publicly available yet. Joining the early-access email list does not create a family account, start a trial or subscription, or charge you.

Prices shown on this website are planned launch prices. We will share availability and the applicable purchase terms when access opens.

Changes and termination

You can stop using FamilyAtlas at any time and delete your household from Settings → Privacy & Data; that removes every profile, device, rule and record for your family and cannot be undone.

We may update these terms as the product changes. If we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
